Lynn was born and raised in The Black Country during the 1960's and 70's. She went to Bilston Girls' High School and studied at too many universities for too long. She now lives in East Yorkshire near the sea in a tucked away place called Patrington. She has been married for 25 years and has three grown up children, a brace of dogs, three cats, three tortoises, breeds axolotls and loves wombats. After taking early retirement from teaching after only 17 years in the profession she is living the dream, making a living from writing and making jewellery and hot glass.
